Ingredients
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon oil, neutral
- 300 g wheat flour (whole rain), or type 1050
- 200 g spelled flour (whole rain)
- 100 g rye flour (whole rain)
- 100 g rains, mixed (pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, poppy seeds, pine nuts, sunflower seeds etc.)
- 1 pack dry yeast
