Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Cut the schnitzel into small strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  2. Fry everything together in a little oil or butter. Deglaze with white wine and reduce a little.
  3. Add the cream and reduce again.
  4. Chop the parsley and add, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Rice or spaetzle go well with this.
