Wash the turkey liver, pat dry, cut into pieces and fry in the heated fat, then season with pepper and salt.
Clean the mushrooms, divide them if necessary and fry them in the fat. Add the cleaned and sliced spring onions and the halved cherry tomatoes and fry for approx. 2 minutes. Deglaze with the cream and season with the fresh, chopped sage and salt and pepper.
It goes well with rice, white bread or flat bread.
