Clean the mushrooms. Cut the paprika and onion into strips, and the peppers into rings.
Fry the meat for 8-10 minutes, turning, remove. Fry the mushrooms vigorously. Add the onion and paprika, fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chives into small pieces. Add the meat to the vegetables, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, serve. Crumble the cheese over it. Sprinkle with chives and hot peppers.
