Instructions
Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms and onion cubes in it. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and cream and let the sauce reduce a little. Tie up lightly with a sauce thickener. Add the dumplings and let them get hot in the sauce.
Season to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
The dish also tastes good with chanterelles.
