Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken schnitzel and season with salt and pepper. Then fry in a pan. Clean and chop the mushrooms, fry a little in the pan. Add milk, cream, cheese, wine and herbs to the chicken and mushrooms and simmer on a low flame for about 5 minutes, then bind with the starch and season to taste.
  2. Spaetzle go well with this.
