Finely chop the onion, cut the leek into thin rings and the mushrooms into slices.
Fry the onion, leek and mushrooms in a large pan in the oil. Then add the Cremefine or cream and stir well. Let it boil down until creamy. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and possibly chilli flakes and mix in a handful of grated cheese.
Stir again and serve with pasta, rice, baked potatoes, baguette or hearty farmer`s bread. For meat-eating `blackheads`, add something pan-fried.
