Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into 3-4 mm thick slices, dice the onion and pork belly. Fry the diced pork belly and onion in a large pan with melted butter until lightly browned. Then add the mushrooms and sauté a little. Top up with the cream and let it reduce. Now add the potato noodles and toss in them for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley before serving.
  3. Go well with game, roast beef or pork or goulash. Or you can eat a fresh lettuce with it.
