Clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters, peel the onions and cut into rings.
Chop the garlic cloves and add them to the pan with the mushrooms and onions and fry them. Fry a little tomato paste for the color. Put the lid on and let it simmer.
After a while, deglaze with cream and add pepper, salt and Provence herbs. Bring to the boil and simmer. Add milk if you like so that it doesn`t get too creamy.
Sprinkle a good handful of chopped parsley on top and serve.
