Clean and chop the mushrooms. Also chop the onion and put both ingredients in a pan with oil and fry over medium heat.
Put the yogurt in a small bowl and squeeze the garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let something go through.
When the mushrooms and onions are browned, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Transfer to a small deep plate and add the yogurt. Sprinkle with the parsley. Serve with freshly toasted toast.
