If there are no chicken strips, cut the turkey breast into strips (roughly French fries size)
Cut the mushrooms and onion into strips. Heat very little butter in a saucepan or deep pan. Fry the mushrooms and onions and chicken strips in the pan. 1 tablespoon. Add herb butter, let sizzle a little. Then simply deglaze the whole thing with the creme fraiche (about 2-3 tablespoons). Season to taste with salt, pepper and the herb - done.
