Dice onions and garlic and sauté. Peel and dice raw potatoes. It is best to fry the potatoes separately, they take a little longer to cook (approx. 10 minutes pre-fry) Clean the mushrooms and cut in half, larger quarters.
Add the mushrooms, potatoes and ham to the onions and cook everything together. Add a little water so that the sauce forms. Season with herb salt, pepper and marjoram. When the potatoes and mushrooms are done, stir in the cream.
