Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms. Then blanch in salted water with lemon juice and the bay leaf for approx. 5 minutes. Then drain and let cool. Place the mushrooms in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix. If possible, leave covered overnight until ready to be eaten.
  2. Tip: If you want, you can also fry the mushrooms instead of blanching them.
