Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them in a little hot oil until the liquid has evaporated. Whisk the eggs together with salt and pepper and pour over the mushrooms. Let it set a little and add about half the pack of herbs. Serve immediately.
  2. The whole thing is also delicious on a freshly toasted slice of bread.
