Mushrooms in Minced Meat Sauce À La Gabi
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 300 g minced meat and fry, stirring constantly, until crumbly, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in 2 medium diced onions, 500 g quartered mushrooms, 2 tablespoons tomato paste and 375 ml stock.
- Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Mix 1 tablespoon flour with a little water to form a smooth paste, then stir into the sauce to thicken it.
- Season with salt, paprika powder, lemon peel and lemon juice to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with 3 tablespoons grated parmesan, and serve with pasta or rice.
