Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat vigorously while stirring until crumbly. Stir in onions, mushrooms, tomato paste and stock and cook covered for approx. 15 minutes over low heat. Thicken the sauce with the flour mixed with water, season with salt, paprika, lemon zest and juice and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
  2. Serve with pasta or rice.
