Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh, quartered
  • 2 medium onion (s), diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste, 3-fold concentrated
  • 375 ml stock, instant
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 pinch lemon peel
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 300 g minced meat and fry, stirring constantly, until crumbly, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in 2 medium diced onions, 500 g quartered mushrooms, 2 tablespoons tomato paste and 375 ml stock.
  4. Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Mix 1 tablespoon flour with a little water to form a smooth paste, then stir into the sauce to thicken it.
  6. Season with salt, paprika powder, lemon peel and lemon juice to taste.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with 3 tablespoons grated parmesan, and serve with pasta or rice.
