Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and allow to cool.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Cut the cucumber into slices. Drain the corn. Cut the sausages into oblique slices. Mix everything with the pasta in a large bowl.
  3. Mix together the salad cream, yoghurt and cucumber stock. Season to taste with salt, pepper, mustard and sugar. Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the yogurt sauce.
  4. It is best to let the pasta salad stand for a day. Season again with salt, pepper, cucumber stock and sugar. Wash and finely chop the chives and stir in.
