Quite an unusual seafood dish will appeal to all connoisseurs of seafood. The recipe for a delicious and aromatic appetizer – mussels fried with garlic. They can be served warm or cold.
Defrost frozen mussels if needed. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add mussels to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain in a sieve.
Heat 2 tbsp sunflower oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add drained mussels to the skillet.
Finely chop the 4 garlic cloves. Add to the mussels. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Chop the 3 green onions and 3 sprigs of fresh parsley. Drizzle the mussels with lemon juice to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and green onions. Serve immediately.
