Instructions

  1. Chop the onion, celery, carrots and garlic and sauté in olive oil for 20 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and white wine and bring to the boil, season with salt, pepper, anchovy paste and Tabasco.
  3. Puree the mussels and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Side dish: baguette, chiabatta, flat bread according to taste
