Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolks with mustard until it emulsifies (combines). Then stir in walnut or peanut oil until it emulsifies. Stir in the balsamic vinegar until it emulsifies.
  2. Mix the spices, including sugar, onion, garlic and ginger with the broth. Make a taste test (seasoning).
  3. Serve the sauce with the salad, pour over it and mix well.
