Instructions

  1. Put the minute steak in a freezer bag and pound thinly, the fat edge can be cut off if necessary. Brush the meat on both sides with mustard (don`t skimp) and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pull the schnitzel through the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the schnitzel in it until golden.
