- Fry the sausages, remove them.
- Fry the carrots and spring onions in this order.
- Pour in the juice and stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Stir in mustard and cream, season, thicken with the mixed starch. Add the sausages again. Sprinkle with chives.
- This is served with rice, pasta or boiled potatoes.
- TIPS: instead of the vegetable stock you can use 300 ml sausage water and 1 heaped teaspoon vegetable stock powder, you hardly have to season.
- Wiener, Frankfurter or sausages are suitable.
- Sweeten very carefully, as the orange juice is already sweet.
