- I cut the unpeeled onion in half and fry it vigorously on the cut surface in a little fat.
- Slowly bring the chicken with all the spices to a boil in cold water. Approx. 6 liters.
- Then simmer at the boiling limit for about 3 hours.
- Add the cleaned and roughly chopped vegetables and simmer for another hour.
- Let cool down and process individually.
- I then freeze portions, clear broth and meat.
