Instructions

  1. I cut the unpeeled onion in half and fry it vigorously on the cut surface in a little fat.
  2. Slowly bring the chicken with all the spices to a boil in cold water. Approx. 6 liters.
  3. Then simmer at the boiling limit for about 3 hours.
  4. Add the cleaned and roughly chopped vegetables and simmer for another hour.
  5. Let cool down and process individually.
  6. I then freeze portions, clear broth and meat.
