Instructions

  1. Soak the lentils overnight.
  2. Roughly cut the onions, leeks, carrots, mushrooms and herbs. Puree with the lentils (poured off), salt, pepper, curry and chilli. Add 1050 flour.
  3. The mass is pretty sticky. Cut off the mixture with a tablespoon and fry the Röstis in olive oil. Mass does not fall apart despite being vegan!
