- Mix the shrimp, garlic, shrimp paste, fish sauce, brown sugar, chilli peppers, lime juice and water in a lightning chopper to form a smooth paste.
- Blanch the small eggplants (Makua Puang) in boiling water for 1 minute, let them cool and mix in.
- Clean the other vegetables and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes each. Other vegetables can also be used to taste.
- Arrange everything on a plate and serve.
