Brew the peaches in boiling water for approx. 2 - 3 minutes, quench, peel off the skin and cut the fruit into smaller pieces.
Put the peach pieces in a suitable ovenproof dish and mix with the white sugar and cinnamon. Mix the flour, brown sugar and salt in a bowl. Work in the butter, cut into pieces, until you get fine crumble. Distribute these evenly over the peaches and sprinkle the pine nuts over them.
Bake the peaches for 30-40 minutes until they are encrusted with a golden yellow color.
