Instructions

  1. Season the neck steaks with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet, coat thickly with mustard and leave to steep for a few hours.
  2. Peel the onions and cut into very thin slices, this is best done with a cucumber slicer. Cover the neck steaks thickly with the onions and cover with the bacon slices. Cover the baking sheet completely with aluminum foil.
