Instructions
Puree the nectarines. Stir 1/2 lemon zest and the juice of the whole lemon into the pulp. Add vanilla sugar and preserving sugar and bring to the boil for 3 minutes.
Pour into clean glasses, close and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
