Ingredients

  • 500 g nectarine (s) (weihed without stone)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 170 g preservin suar, 3: 1
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Puree the nectarines. Stir 1/2 lemon zest and the juice of the whole lemon into the pulp. Add vanilla sugar and preserving sugar and bring to the boil for 3 minutes.
