- 500 g nectarine (s) (weihed without stone)
- 1 lemon (s)
- 170 g preservin suar, 3: 1
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Puree the nectarines. Stir 1/2 lemon zest and the juice of the whole lemon into the pulp. Add vanilla sugar and preserving sugar and bring to the boil for 3 minutes.
- Pour into clean glasses, close and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
