There are fabulously delicious recipes, and there are recipes that cook – it’s one magic! These are the buns today. New Year’s bread! Thin crust, soft inside and garlic flavor. Such buns on the table are already a holiday! Cook to your health!
First, we prepare all the products for the dough. The milk should be warm, and the mood should be good!
We check the yeast for activity. Pour yeast into warm milk together with sugar and a spoonful of flour. After stirring, let the dough stand for 7-10 minutes.
Then we send salt, dough, egg and melted butter into the flour.
Knead the soft dough, knead for 5-7 minutes.
Then we put the dough into a cup, under the film. We send at least an hour to a warm place. The dough is great.
Lightly knead the dough that has come up and divide into 33 equal pieces (I got 19 g each). Roll the dough pieces into koloboks, cover with a film (towel) and let stand for 20 minutes.
And here is our delicious and aromatic filling and shaving brush. Cut the mozzarella into identical cubes (according to the number of bun blanks – 33 pcs.). Rub the hard cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the greens.
Buns are formed very easily. With our hands we make (stretch) a small tortilla of dough, put a piece of mozzarella in the center. Gather the edges of the dough to the center, pinch well and form buns.
Grease a baking sheet with oil and sprinkle with flour. We place all the buns with cheese on the prepared baking sheet, seam down. We leave a small distance between them so that there is somewhere to distance. And, of course, we try to depict a Christmas tree from buns!
We send a baking sheet with buns for proofing for 15-20 minutes in a warm place. My buns rose in the oven at a temperature of 37 degrees (light on). Before baking, grease the “Christmas tree” with whipped yolk mixed with milk.
We bake a “Christmas tree” in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Temperature – 220 degrees.
Before taking the finished buns out of the oven, prepare a shaving brush: add dried garlic and grated cheese to the melted butter.
Using a brush, grease the hot buns with the prepared mixture.
Sprinkle the buns with chopped herbs. Fragrant, impossible to resist!
Decorate the “Christmas tree” with pieces of multi-colored bell pepper.
Delicious, soft and very beautiful buns! These rolls are good both hot and cold. Serve with your favorite sauce!
