• ml 1,000 natural yogurt
• 1 cucumber (s), peeled, pitted and finely grated
• 3 cloves garlic, pressed
• 2 lemon (s), only the zest zest
• 6 peppermint leaves, chopped
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Salt, to taste
• some lemon juice

1. Mix everything together and season to taste. Chill for an hour and season again if necessary. P.
