- ml 1,000 natural yogurt
- 1 cucumber (s), peeled, pitted and finely grated
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 lemon (s), only the zest zest
- 6 peppermint leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt, to taste
- some lemon juice
