Ingredients
- 2 lemon (s), the juice it
- 1 small banana (s)
- 150 g natural yourt
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ mint, dried
- 1 pinch vanilla powder

- Halve the lemons and squeeze them. Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
- Now mix all the ingredients in a blender until frothy, pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
- The lassi isn`t as sour as it might first read. Banana and honey balance the acid very well. And (a little) angry is known to make fun!
