Cut the zucchini and carrots into noodles with a vegetable peeler. Put these in hot salted water for about 5 minutes, then briefly bring to the boil at the end. Drain and the nocarb pasta is ready. Set aside for now.
Now fry the meat in a pan and season to taste. Add some meat stock, tomato paste and mustard. As soon as the meat is tender, add the mushrooms as well. Repeatedly refill meat broth until a delicious sauce is formed.
