Cook the noodles (I had leftover wok noodles) according to the instructions on the packet and drain.
In the meantime, cut the mushrooms into slices and the meat sausage into thin strips.
Fry the mushrooms in the butter over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring every now and then. Now the cooked noodles, the peas and the meat sausage are added. Fry everything together for another 3 minutes while stirring.
Whisk the eggs with the milk well, season with salt and pepper and pour this over the pasta, let it set and then serve on a plate. Sprinkle with a little parsley if available.
