- In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, ketchup, finely diced shallots and the pressed garlic.
- Dice the cleaned peppers and zucchini, cut the tomatoes into pieces. Stir everything.
- Finally, add the cooled whole wheat pasta and season the salad with herb salt and pepper.
