Instructions

  1. Bring 2 liters of beef broth to the boil while cutting the carrot into slices and dicing the potatoes, celery and onion. Drain the tuna.
  2. As soon as the broth boils, add the vegetables and tuna to the saucepan and cook everything on a medium heat until the vegetables have softened. Now add the soup noodles and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, stir the 2 eggs into the soup. Once the noodles are soft, the soup can be served.
  3. A slice of bread or a roll goes well with it.
