• 175 ml coffee, strong, hot
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon syrup (vanilla syrup)
• 2 cl calvados
• 2 tablespoon heavy cream, whipped until half-stiff
• some cinnamon

Instructions

1. Put the honey and vanilla syrup in a glass or large mug. Add the calvados. Top up everything with the coffee. Put the cream on the coffee and sprinkle some cinnamon over it.
