Instructions

  1. Cut the stale bread into slices and place in a baking dish. Place the finely chopped tomatoes, thin onion slices and the bacon on top.
  2. Mix the sour cream in a bowl with the finely chopped spring onions (you can also use a normal onion) and the chives. Season with salt, pepper and finely chopped dill tips and distribute evenly over the top so that everything is completely covered.
  3. Finally, spread the cheese over it and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  4. The bread cannot be recognized again.
