- 1 bread (s), stale
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 4 medium tomato (s)
- 5 slices cheese
- 3 cups sour cream
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 bunch chives
- salt and pepper
- dill

- Cut the stale bread into slices and place in a baking dish. Place the finely chopped tomatoes, thin onion slices and the bacon on top.
- Mix the sour cream in a bowl with the finely chopped spring onions (you can also use a normal onion) and the chives. Season with salt, pepper and finely chopped dill tips and distribute evenly over the top so that everything is completely covered.
- Finally, spread the cheese over it and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- The bread cannot be recognized again.
