  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 0.5 kg ½ low-fat quark
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 point QimiQ (vanilla flavor or neutral)
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, remove the zest it
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 point dough (filo dough or strudel dough)
  • 100 g butter, melt

  1. Mix the QimiQ, sour cream, quark, eggs, lemon peel, vanilla sugar, sugar and custard powder well with the mixer. Brush a large baking dish with melted butter and place 2 sheets of filo pastry (you can also use strudel sheets) on top and also brush with butter.
  2. Spread 1/4 of the filling on top and place 2 sheets of filo pastry on top again. Repeat a total of 4 times until the filling is used up. Finally, finish with 2 sheets of pastry and brush well with the remaining butter.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake for about 45 minutes. Serve lukewarm with a dab of whipped cream, raspberry juice or vanilla sauce.
