  • Cottage cheese – 300 g
  • Zucchini – 150-200 g
  • Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Semolina – 4-5 tbsp
  • Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
  • Orange zest – 1 teaspoon

  1. Peel the zucchini, grate on the finest grater or grind with a blender. Add eggs and semolina. Whisk with a blender.

  2. Add cottage cheese, sugar, and flavor (I used orange zest, but you can also use vanilla sugar). Stir well and leave the dough for 1-2 hours to disperse the semolina.

  3. Turn on the oven. Pour the dough into a mold. You can use both a large form and small portioned ones.
  4. Cook cottage cheese casserole with zucchini at 200 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave the casserole in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  5. Curd casserole with zucchini is ready.
