Curd Casserole with Cheese

The casserole was made from delicious, fresh country cottage cheese, with the addition of sweet cream cheese. This is probably why the curd casserole turned out to be so tender and aromatic … It ended instantly!))

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Egg – 3 pcs.
  • Processed cheese, sweet, creamy – 150 g
  • Semolina – 100 g
  • Raisins – 80 g
  • Vanillin – 1 sachet
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Soda – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Natural yogurt + honey (for the sauce)

Directions

  1. Cottage cheese + semolina + yolks + raisins: knead everything thoroughly with a fork, let stand for 30 minutes so that the semolina swells.
  2. Then add the cheese and stir. Add whipped egg whites with salt, vanillin, soda.
  3. Put the resulting mass in a baking dish and place in the oven for 30-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Bake the curd casserole until a beautiful golden brown.
  4. On top, you can pour the cottage cheese casserole with natural yogurt and honey (it’s a matter of taste).
