Ingredients
- 700 g beans, reen, fresh or canned
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
- 2 tablespoon bacon, left out
- 1 onion (s), finely diced
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- pepper
- possibly parsley or savory

- Cook or heat the beans until they are done. Mix the onion cubes with the warm beans.
- After cooling, mix in the other ingredients, season to taste (quantities are approximate) and, if necessary, season with parsley or savory.
