Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, reen
  • 1 bunch savory
  • 1 onion (s), (possibly red)
  • 300 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 50 g bacon, (breakfast bacon)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, smooth, chopped
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • salt
  • Pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the beans and cut into pieces about 3 - 4 cm in size, cook them together with the savory and a teaspoon of salt until they are firm to the bite and then leave to cool.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion, wash and quarter the tomatoes. Dice the bacon very finely.
  3. Mix vinegar and oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  4. Mix the beans and tomatoes into the sauce. Season again to taste.
  5. Just before serving, fry the bacon cubes in a pan until crispy and mix with the lettuce with the chopped parsley.
