- 600 g potato (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 75 g butter
- 300 g beans, reen, cleaned

- Peel and cook the potatoes and mash them with some of the cooking water.
- Stir in the sour cream, add the butter and stir in well. Finally stir in the cooked beans. Season well with pepper and salt.
- Goes very well as a side dish to steak.
