Mashed Potatoes with Cream Cheese

Mashed potatoes are a great side dish in and of themselves that both adults and children enjoy. But you can make it even tastier and more aromatic.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

Directions

Peel and boil the potatoes until tender.
Then drain the water and heat.
Add cream cheese, salt, pepper and butter.
Whisk the puree with a mixer, gradually adding warm milk.
Then put the puree in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Sprinkle the finished dish with green onions, sprinkle with oil and serve.
