Ingredients

  • 350 g beans, reen
  • Savory

For the dressing:

  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon walnut oil or grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chives, fresh and cut into fine rolls
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the beans and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Cook in salted water with a little savory. If you have finished canned beans, let them drain off.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the dressing and season to taste. Mix the dressing with the beans and serve the salad.
