• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 lemon (s), the juice it
• 1 small onion (s), chopped
• salt and pepper

1. Mix everything together. Finally, taste again whether it is too sweet or too sour, done.
2. You can use this sauce for all kinds of salads - including tomato, cucumber and pepper salads.
