Ingredients
- 4 tomato (s), ripe
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard (honey mustard)
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ oil (safflower oil or similar)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- Salt and pepper, black or white

- Wash the tomatoes. Cut into relatively small cubes on a kitchen board and season with salt. Let the tomatoes stand for about 10 minutes so that the water draws out. Then pour off the water and pepper the diced tomatoes.
- Simply stir together the ingredients for the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Put the tomato cubes in the sauce, mix everything together and serve immediately with a slice of rustic bread with butter.
